Family Preparedness Plan

A family preparedness plan can be a great tool to help your family asses what you need to know in the event of an emergency, and to help you remain clam and organized when an emergency strikes.  At the bottom of this story are links to family preparedness plans, in English and Spanish, that will help you keep track of important information like medication tables, allergies, insurance information, as well as instructions on how to shut off different utilities to your home if the situation called for it.  Download the Family Preparedness Plan and add another degree of preparedness and safety to your family's emergency plan.
